Region 9 Player of the Week

Gavin Dabney earned both Player of the Week and Region 9 Player of the Week honors after an outstanding performance in a pair of wins. In a 100–74 victory over McCook, Dabney scored 18 points, shooting 7-of-11 from the field, including 4-of-7 from three-point range, while adding 3 rebounds. He followed that effort with a dominant showing against North Platte, pouring in 33 points and grabbing 8 rebounds on 11-of-17 shooting in an 84–67 win. Dabney's scoring efficiency and leadership powered his team to another perfect week.
